Celebration of community involvement

The combining of the Camden Safer Neighbourhood Board’s AGM with a volunteers fair was a success. Held on Thursday 16 July, dozens of people attended the event. They could pick up information and advice on many aspects of community safety and find out how they could get actively involved in making their neighbourhoods safer.

Peter Ward the CSNB Projects Manager said, ‘I’m really pleased that there was such a good mix of exhibitors for the public to talk to from statutory bodies such as the police’s Safer Neighbourhood Teams and the Council’s Community Safety Team to voluntary organisations such as the Camden LGBT Forum and Camden Do Hub.’

A number of people completed their first Camden Safety Views questionnaire. If you want to tell us confidentially about how safe you feel in your neighbourhood, you can take part in Safety Views right now on this website by completing your first Camden Safety Views survey by licking the links or clicking the Safety Views menu at the top of this page.

An important aspect of the aspect of the even was the CSNB AGM. You can download a copy of  the CSNB Annuel Report 2015.
